General Questions
Yaso Wellness provides a range of integrative health services, including hormone therapy, IV infusions, aesthetic treatments, lifestyle medicine weight loss programs, and more. We focus on a personalized approach to help you achieve optimal well-being.
We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a
superbill for certain services that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible
reimbursement.

Walk with a Doc
Everyone is welcome! Our walks are free and open to all ages and fitness levels. Just bring
comfortable walking shoes—we’ll provide the water, fruit, and snacks!
We meet at South Side Lions Park near Ramon V. Quintero Community Center on
Saturdays, once a month. Check out our Walk with a Doc page for a link to scheduled walk
events.
Sana Sanas
Sana Sanas is our non-profit initiative that provides health and wellness education to kids,
tweens, and teens through engaging workshops and activities.

Immigration Medical Certification (N-648)
Form N-648 is a medical certification for disability exceptions for individuals applying for
U.S. citizenship who are unable to meet the English and civics requirements due to a
medical condition.
